Michael J. Kelly
Chairman

Most recently, Mr. Kelly was the president of AOL Media Networks, where he oversaw AOL's global advertising business. Prior to joining AOL, Kelly was President, Global Marketing at Time Warner, where he oversaw the company's Global Marketing group. He held senior positions at Fortune magazine and was the Publisher of Entertainment Weekly. Kelly was also the founder and CEO of American Town Network (ATN), an interactive media company that creates local social networks in thousands of towns.

Mr. Kelly has served on the boards of the American Advertising Federation The Advertising Council and Professionals in Advertising PAC. He is also a founder of The Kelly Gang, a 501c3 organization that benefits grass roots charities.

Gal Trifon
Co-founder / Chief Executive Officer Eyeblaster

Gal Trifon has served as President, CEO and director since August 2001. From August 2001 to January 2008, Mr. Trifon served as Chairman. Mr. Trifon is one of our co-founders and was the original technology architect of the Eyeblaster platform.

From December 2000 to June 2001, Mr. Trifon served as Vice President of Business Development and from September 1999 to December 2000 as Vice President for Research and Development.

Prior to co-founding Eyeblaster, Mr. Trifon served as research and development team manager in VCON, a provider of video, audio and data conferencing solutions, from 1996 to 1999.

Deven Parekh
Director

Deven Parekh is the Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners and joined Eyeblaster's Board of Directors in January 2004. Prior to joining Insight, Mr. Parekh was a Principal with Berenson Minella & Company, a New York-based merchant banking firm where he served on the M&A committee and spearheaded a number of the firm's investment banking and private equity efforts. Prior to Berenson Minella, Mr. Parekh was with The Blackstone Group where he was involved in both its' M&A advisory and private equity activities. At Insight, Deven is focused on the CRM and Financial Services markets. In additional to Eyeblaster, he currently serves on the Boards of AMS Group, ConnectCapital, Inc., Direct Revenue, Inc., Kanoodle.com, Inc., Procuri Inc., Punch Software, Inc., Realink, Inc., SecureInfo Corporation, Webhelp, Inc., and Website Pros, Inc.

Guy Gamzu
Director

As member of the Board of Directors of Eyeblaster since January 2000, Guy Gamzu has devoted considerable energy to company planning, decision-making and performance from the very early stages of the Eyeblaster's development.

Mr. Gamzu is the co-founder and managing partner of Cubit Investments, a large private investor with holdings in Eyeblaster. He brings a high degree of experience with developing companies and serves on the Board of Directors for four other high technology companies in addition to Eyeblaster. Mr. Gamzu is a high quality marketing and technology executive and a pioneer in the diamond industry.

Eli Barkat
Co-Founder and Chairman, BRM Group

Eyeblaster Board Member Eli Barkat is co-founder and Chairman of the BRM Investment Group. BRM has been involved, either directly or via capital under its control, in many exits - including Checkpoint (NASDAQ:CHKP), Passave (sold to PMC-Sierra), Oplus Technologies (sold to Intel), Whale Communications (sold to Microsoft), and Fraud Sciences (sold to eBay).

Mr. Barkat has over 20 years of entrepreneurial management and investment experience in technology and export-oriented industries - including his position as CEO of BackWeb (NASDAQ: BWEB)

Prior to BRM, Mr. Barkat co-founded a start-up technology company that became a key player in the antivirus software market, leading to its acquisition by American software giant Symantec.
