In the Know…Eyeblaster at Your Fingertips

So you're not an Eyeblaster expert? These tips can help you navigate on cruise control through the Eyeblaster Rich Media Platform.
Give advertisers access. Advertisers can view campaign info, real time stats, and generate reports on their own. Simply set up account users with ‘advertiser' role. Click on Preferences, then Users on the left menu. Add a new user with ‘advertiser' privileges only.
Have an important message for publishers? Easily send a message to all publishers for a specific campaign through the interface by right-clicking on the campaign then selecting the option to “Send Message to all Publishers”.
Shine through issues? Double click on the ad. Click on the positioning tab. Check the appropriate boxes to hide the elements interfering with the ad. Options are available to hide drop down menus, iframes, flash elements, and java applets.
Adjust the display period for Floating Ads and Commercial Breaks. On the Edit Ad screen, click on the positioning tab. Enter the number of seconds to display in the “Intro display period (sec)” field.
Create customized reports. Click on Reports, then Campaign Reports on the left menu. Choose the radio button for Templates and hit ‘Add New'. Select from the list of pre-defined fields to include in your new custom report .
Preview Synchronized Ads. Double click on the campaign. Click on the ‘Synchronized Ads' tab. Select a flight then hit preview. The preview window automatically displays the complementary flight ids with ads that are synchronized with the selected flight.
Generate bulk code for a campaign. Right click on the campaign or select ‘Generate Code' from the Campaign List screen to generate code for all flights associated with the campaign. Code will be generated for the flights with ads that have been submitted and approved.
Subscribe/Unsubscribe to alerts. Click on Preferences then Personal on the left menu. Click on the “+” sign next to “Email Alerts and Report Settings”. Check the appropriate boxes for the alerts & reports you would like to receive.
